We Understand What You're Facing
The physical and emotional toll is real — and it can reach a point where continuing to work safely is no longer possible. You deserve proper documentation to support you while you care for yourself.
Back-to-back shifts leave no room to recover. When your body starts breaking down, you need proper care — and when clinically appropriate, we provide professional medical documentation to support your leave or accommodation request.
Lifting, standing, and moving patients for hours causes real injuries. Chronic back pain, joint problems, and repetitive strain are occupational realities — and they deserve proper care.
Compassion fatigue, anxiety, and depression are not signs of weakness. They are clinical conditions that may support a request for FMLA leave, ADA accommodations, or short-term disability — when clinically appropriate.
When your health puts you or your patients at risk, stepping back is the right call. When medically appropriate, we provide professional documentation to support your request for medical leave or workplace accommodations.
Burnout Is Real — And Takes a Toll On Your Health
Compassion fatigue, PTSD from traumatic patient events, chronic anxiety, and depression are not personal failures — they are recognized medical conditions that may support a request for leave or workplace accommodations.
Our licensed clinicians understand the unique pressures nurses face. We conduct a thorough, individualized evaluation and, when clinically appropriate, provide documentation to support your leave, disability, or accommodation request.
Physical Injuries Deserve Protection Too
Chronic back pain, joint injuries, repetitive strain, and other physical conditions caused or worsened by nursing work are legitimate medical issues. You should not have to choose between your health and your livelihood.

No Doctor? No Problem.
Don't have a primary care provider or haven't been seen recently? That's okay. Our licensed clinicians can evaluate and treat a range of conditions appropriate for telehealth — so you don't need an existing doctor relationship to get started.
If ongoing treatment or follow-up care is appropriate for your situation, we can support that too. Ongoing treatment visits are scheduled separately and billed independently from your documentation evaluation — so you only pay for what you need.
Ongoing treatment visits are a separate service from the documentation evaluation and are billed at a separate fee. Not all conditions are appropriate for telehealth treatment. Clinical appropriateness is determined by the evaluating provider.

For conditions appropriate for continued telehealth care, follow-up treatment visits are available. These are scheduled and billed separately from your documentation evaluation.
